If you are anything like me, you probably find yourself often thinking of new projects to start, new things to achieve.I did that in my beginning on Internet. That in itself is very beneficial and indeed a required ingredient for success. The trick is to know where to draw a line.
The trap I kept falling into was hoping and looking for new and better programs all the time, easy to find new once, but i forgot about them the next day, instead of working on the programs you already joined and going for the results there.
I would often actually get dragged into gathering more and more information on new opportunities. I would spend time on developing them right then and there. I would be stealing the precious time away from the current project I was supposed to be working on. Obviously, it was a trap.Be aware of this trap! The current project would suffer, because there is only so much time in a day.No one gets results form Surfing the Internet for “Get Rich Tomorrow “and thinking, there must be an easier way! There is not, only hard work will give you success.Focus and work on your Business !
Then I would get discouraged with my current project and drop it because I didn’t see any results. Think long term! One of my future projects would become my current project for the time being, until I’d drop it in favour of the next project. Its a trap, yes.
This is how most of New to Internet do it!!Dont do the same!
Can you see the trap? And it gets even worse: If you keep on doing this for long enough, you will actually program your subconscious mind NOT to complete a project EVER. You will forever keep on failing. Eventually it may even filter through to other areas of your life.I did the same in the beginning,so much waste of time and money!
There is to many Traps out there. It’s easy to see how working on your online business can become such a trap quickly. Internet is overloaded with information. I won’t even mention the plethora of rubbish that exists online. But there is so much valuable information out there, go and find them, that developing your online business to a profitable stage can take forever, UNLESS you start employing the tremendous power of focus. Its the only way to do it,when you understand this you will get results!
Here is only one way, focus. To be a success in your online venture, you must not be working on more than two projects at a time, EVER. And preferably work on just one project, particularly if you only do your online venture on part-time basis.
And by that I mean, don’t get distracted. Don’t dilute your precious time. Work on your project, whatever it may be, until completion.Learn the program, take the training section over and over again, until you really know how it works!
Many programs can be difficult to understand, but take your time to understand it!
Learn how to!By all means, plan you future. If you want to work on the future ideas, set an hour per week aside for doing just that. And then each week spend that hour thinking about your new projects, write them down. When the time is up, go back to your current project.

How To Criticize And Still Be Nice
By Michael Lee
Article placed by Choice Corporate Housing Inc
Have you ever encountered an experience when someone told you how fat you’ve become? Maybe your boss have commented on how bad your work turned out to be. Maybe you’ve heard from other folks how people view you as cold and unapproachable.
Hurts, doesn’t it?
Believe it or not, some people can be so tactless that they are not even aware when they’ve hurt anyone’s feelings. The receiving parties, especially the sensitive ones, would be offended by their remarks. This would result in conflicts and arguments.
You know you’re doing them a big favor by saving them from shame or disappointment, but would they realize your good intentions instead of feeling hurt by your brutally frank comments or advices?
They might probably think you’re too rude or impolite. But what can you do if you really need to assert an honest criticism, but you’re afraid of hurting others’ feelings?
Want to know the secret?
All you have to do is sandwich your negative comment between two positive remarks.
For example, your best friend Paul is going on his very first date. He’s all excited and raring to go. Now Paul doesn’t have any fashion sense. He’s wearing a bland shirt and old jeans. You know all along how he hates to admit that he’s wrong. So what will you do to save Paul from an embarassing first date?
Would you say to him that the outfit he’s wearing is repulsive? That would hurt his ego.
Well, you can first point out the things that you like in his overall appearance. Comment on his well-groomed hair. Tell him he looks cool when wearing his sunglasses. Ask him where he bought his perfume because it can certainly attract women like bees to honey. Be sincere and honest.
Then, insert in a nice and suave manner your point of view and advice. You can tell him something like:
“Your shirt seems to be very comfortable to wear, Paul. Since this is your very first date, I think Sandra (his date) will be much more impressed if you would wear something like the outfit that you wore on my birthday. You look smashing when you put on clothes like that.”
Afterwards, make another positive statement. You could say something like:
“You would definitely make a big impact on Sandra. She would fall heads over heels over your gorgeous appearance and cheerful personality. Have a great time on your date, Paul.”
Do you think Paul would be offended by such pleasant comments? Not a chance. You have wittingly inserted a slightly negative feedback into a plethora of acceptable and ego-boosting remarks.
People love compliments. They believe they got the qualities. They want other people to intensify the great abilities that they believe to possess. People wanted to hear their greatness purported from someone else’s mouth, and they would be very glad if other individuals would know about it.
So if you want to criticize anybody, remember to praise him first. It will leave a positive impression that you’re a nice guy. Then say what you have to say, but in a smooth and non-offensive manner. Finalize with another positive reinforcement to establish a foundation of goodwill.

Building a Green Home - Six Ways to Save Energy (and Money)
By Jeremy Bonin
Article submitted by Capital Remodeling Inc
There are many areas where you can experience significant energy savings when you are building a green home. By working with an architect in the early design stages, many of these areas can be addressed in the design of your energy efficient home, helping you to save money in the future and enjoy a healthier home:
1) Footprint: Reduce the size of your home. Your home design should be limited to only as much space as your family needs. This will keep your energy usage to a minimum right from the start.
2) Windows: Windows are a break in the thermal insulating barrier of your home. The higher quality window you choose the better performance the entire home will achieve.
3) Insulation: Even if you do nothing else, by choosing a superior building envelope for your home like structural insulated panels (SIPs panels) and/or an insulated concrete form foundation system (ICF), you will enjoy huge savings in heating and cooling your home (up to 50%-60% over a home without SIPs).
4) Passive solar design: By incorporating sunlight for lighting and heat and natural ventilation into the basic home design, you can reduce the size of mechanical systems and lighting in the home.
5) Heating system: Consider a renewable energy system to heat and cool the space and tap water in your home (solar, wind, geothermal).
6) Ventilation: Incorporate an air-to-air exchanger, or heat recovery ventilator (HRV) system into your home. This will replace stale air with fresh outdoor air while maintaining the temperature inside the home and conserving energy.
There are many other areas of the home that can be addressed to increase energy efficiency and save money over the life of your home. In the beginning stages of the home design, your green architect will discuss your opportunities to save money while providing a healthy environment for your family.

Music and Sound Healing
By Daniel Kobialka
Article selected by Lord Thompson Manor
Music and sound healing is not a new concept. Cultures throughout the world have used music to empower, energize, heal and soothe the body, mind and spirit since time immemorial. It is no accident that Apollo, the Greek god who is credited as being the father of medicine, is also the father of music and the inventor of the lyre.
Music and healing are part of each other, and current research is pointing to that more and more. Recent studies have shown that music can slow down and help balance brain waves, reduce tension and stress by affecting endorphin levels, reduce physical tension by changing the vibrational frequency of cells, and even evoke feelings of love and inner peace.
Of course, if music can slow down your body’s rhythms and effect soothing, peace and healing, it can also have the opposite effect. A well-chosen set of music can help energize you and prepare you to work hard and be creative. Studies have also shown that athletes working out and practicing to music use more energy, stretch themselves further and burn more calories than those who work without music.
There’s a great deal of information available now about music and healing. Sound healing, music therapy, and the power of sound to effect changes in the mind, body and spirit are becoming more and more accepted. It’s sometimes difficult to tell how much is true and how much is marketing hype.
I became interested in the healing power of music as a by-product of trying to produce the most beautiful music possible. Years back, Leonard Bernstein invited me to perform as concertmaster in the world premiere his production of Mass. While there, he invited me along to speak with management and producers in the recording industry.
I learned from them, to my surprise, that the violin, the instrument that I consider the most beautiful and evocative of any, was not considered by the recording industry to be a marketable sound - that people would not buy recordings that featured the violin.
That piece of news amazed me. To me, the violin is the most beautiful, evocative and versatile instrument ever created. In the hands of a skilled musician, the violin can gloat, laugh, exult or cry. It can express nearly any emotion that humans can feel in their hearts and souls. I challenged myself then to produce works of music that presented the violin as I know it - the evocative and expressive voice of the soul.
